The following are accounts of the use of homeopathy in the 1918 influenza epidemic mostly taken from a number of issues of the Journal of the American Institute of Homeopathy (held in the private library of the homeopathic historian, the late Julian Winston). It is now generally thought that an avian flu preceded the 1918 influenza pandemic.
